JLA #40 November 1965 with third Silver Age Penguin appearance (see item #2027 for second appearance). Lt. stress at spine, VF+. JLA #41 December 1965 with origin and first appearance of The Key. Lt. stress/aging at spine, VF+. JLA #42 February 1966 with Metamorpho appearance. Lt. wear if any, VF/NM. All issues have great cover art by Murphy Anderson and Mike Sekowsky.
