Item Description
This beautiful early wood piece is probably c. 1890-1910. The text on it is lettered in silver. The piece is 2.25x4.25x3/8" thick. Around the perimeter are a number of narrow tabs which extend beyond the rectangular base. Each of these has a hidden hinge on the inside so that each can be raised up individually. Trivial bit of surface wear on the underside. While this was once an extremely popular game this is the only example of a counter we have seen in five decades. Exc.
