Item Description
1.25" with cartoon of hands squashing a Japanese military man in a press with caption "Put The Squeeze On The Japanese." Made by Phila. Badge with their name on the curl. The RCA name does not appear but the button is one of three different issued by RCA as part of their "Beat The Promise Campaign." We've seen an RCA card that says this campaign will "Be Inaugurated In All Our Plants And Offices Sept. 2nd." Text concludes "We are determined not only to meet the promises we have made to Uncle Sam on deliveries, but wherever possible "Beat The Promise!" Exc. and displays Mint. Morry Greener Collection.
