This piece is 3.5" dia. made of thin sterling silver with points that are actually quite sharp. The design is identical on both the front and back although on one side at the center is a short .25" machine screw somehow mounted firmly into position but not piercing the metal. When this screw is placed on a hard surface the piece can be rapidly spun although we don't know to what purpose. Perhaps there are some fortune-telling implications. Minor tarnish but Exc. A fascinating piece that could easily go back to the turn of the 20th century.
