Item Description
Sizes range from .75" to 2-1/8" and the metal stickpins are 1" tall and 2" tall both in beautiful condition. Of the 22 Uncle Sam buttons 15 picture him and 7 picture only his iconic top hat. Age and subject wise are two beautiful multi colors from the 1898 Spanish-American War, classic "Preparedness" from World War I, three from July 4 celebrations, couple of advertising, couple for Willkie, rare World War II "Moxie" button, pair of rare 7/8" size buttons inscribed "Jap Hunting License", a couple bowling related, an anti-Vietnam War and one for Nixon. In row 2 third button has couple tiny age dots on extreme edge and in row 3 the second button is a bit flat with faint stain. All the other pieces are Exc. to Mint. An outstanding group.
