Item Description
Sizes range from 9x12" to 9-1/8x12.25". Page count ranges from four to six. Dates and titles are: 1940 "Big Chief Wahoo", 1941 "How Long Has This Been Going On?" from "Freckles and His Friends", 1944 "Fightin' Flo From The Alamo/as introduced in the comic strip "The Toodle Family", 1945 "Silly Milly", 1947 "Joe Palooka", 1952 "Dennis The Menace", 1958 "Miss Peach." Also included is 1964 "Elmer's Safety Song" featuring a character created by the Ontario, Canada Dept. of Transportation to promote children's safety. All feature nice cover specialty art by their creators. A few have original owners' names written on front covers. Trace of lt. dust soil and a few handling creases, but group is Fine/VF.
