8x10" with photo of Armstrong in astronaut uniform with image of moon in bkg. Right side has bold autograph "To Buck Rogers - Get Well Soon Neil Armstrong". Reverse side includes text noting Armstrong was named as the prime crew commander of the Apollo XI lunar landing mission, and has NASA logo at upper left. Bottom left blank bottom edge has ink date "10-16-1975" added by recipient. Exc. Classic and historical. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA which in addition to authenticating the signature notes, "The Inscription 'To Buck Rogers - Get Well Soon' Was Penned In The Hand Of Neil Armstrong."
