2x3.5" stiff card for 1940 club sponsored by Pep Comics. Card has typed-in member's name and actual ink-signed name of the comic book character. Light age tone on front left and single pin hole top edge. Reverse is 90% tanned from scrapbook mounting. Only the fourth signed card we've seen. Comes with Mint club member's 1.25" button.
