1930s. These Steiff dolls came in a variety of sizes and this is 9.25” tall to tips of ears. Has cardboard tag attached to chest, but missing button in ear/fabric tag. Also as is typical, missing rubber tail and has just remnant of string whiskers. The four mother-of-pearl pants buttons are intact as are the oil cloth eyes. Typical trace of aging most noticeable to hands and face, however color remains strong overall. Underside of one foot has clear and distinct markings including “Walt Disney’s Mickey Mouse.” Still a VF example.
