Exceptional 25x36" leather sign c. 1955. Front text reads "Davy Crockett Marshal Of Walt Disney's Frontierland" above large silk screen design of crossed rifles, tomahawk and powder horn. Text on back reads "For Use Only With The Display And Promotion Of Davy Crockett (Fess Parker) Official Walt Disney Designs And Products Produced Only By Manufacturers Authorized And Licensed By Walt Disney Productions." Top right corner has small .5x1" piece of missing fabric. Sign has all over lt. aging but this actually adds to the natural distressed nature of the piece. VF. A true Davy rarity and the ultimate Disney display sign for him. The only example we have offered in our 46 years.
