6.5x10" portion clipped from "Pittsburgh Sun-Telegraph" newspaper shows 15 member team on field in full uniforms with titled at top "Homestead Grays' Crack 1931 Aggregation". Includes: Josh Gibson, Smokey Joe Williams, Roy Williams, Oscar Charleston, Lefty Williams, Vic Harris, George Scales, Jud Wilson, Ted "Double Duty" Radcliffe, Ted Page. Reverse side has portion of photo article with Babe Ruth giving batting tip. Exc. condition as encapsulated and designated "Authentic" by Beckett. This particular team is recognized by some as the greatest Negro League team in history and this is a great image of that historic team.
