Action scenes of Buck, natives and others with wild and exotic animals of all types. Four cards show wear and are VG, about 10 others are VG/Exc. The vast majority of the set has just typical margin/corner tip wear/aging but remain clean. These grade Exc. to Exc./NM. A fantastic card set. Also included is 4x5" autograph album page boldly signed in ink by Frank Buck. Exc. Comes w/Hake's and Todd Mueller COA's. Great compliment to the set for this Pop Culture legend. Animal trainer and trapper Frank Buck (1884-1950) achieved international fame after WWI as a jungle explorer whose claim that he never intentionally harmed a wild animal led to his motto "Bring 'Em Back Alive." Buck had success on radio, film and print and was featured at the 1934 and 1939 World's Fairs.
