10-5/8x13.5" printed in patriotic rwb. ©1941 Harrie T. Best. Sign features large "V" for Victory and flames in the "Pearl Harbor" text. American flag stripes inside "V" references to the "Keep It Flying" text, referring to the flag and not the usual "Keep Them Flying" slogan. Sign has moderate wear with a pinhole a top center and corner foxing. VG.
