7x7x2.5" wide tin litho toy w/built-in key. Nifty. ©1924 King Features Syndicate, Inc. Barney holds vintage replacement thin leather reins. Spark Plug wears his traditional horse blanket w/simulated patches, each side bears "Spark Plug" name as well as creator "DeBeck" signature. Toy works and as it travels forward, Barney rocks back and forth as Spark Plug moves his head up and down and tail wags. 1-3/8x2.5" area of paint touch-up on Spark Plug's back where Barney sits. Complete and working. VG.
