4.75x4.75x13" tall bank designed like highchair w/seated baby Sparkle Plenty. Between chair legs are similar portraits/text of Dick Tracy, Gravel Gertie and B.O. Plenty as seen in #2316. Made by Jayess Co. c. 1940s. Bank has been professionally repainted. .25" chip to underside of Sparkle Plenty's right foot, but bank displays Exc. Rare.
