Item Description
This 1940s English piece is 4" tall and 4" deep with handle designed as a rolled document accented by a red bow. Few miniatures were made and this is much scarcer than the medium and large sized mugs. Typical crazing to glaze. No chips or cracks. Underside has company name, FDR's name and "President U.S.A." Mint. Rare.
