Custom-designed and beautifully constructed three level oak wood stand is 8x12.5x4" tall with 15 openings for the 10 bottle stoppers. Each head, with two noted exceptions, is about 2.5-3.5" tall on either its original cork base or a replacement as noted. From left to right in top row: Truman has replaced cork and a hairline split up the left side but not showing from the front. Some paint off collar. Next is exceptionally large compared to the others. We believe this depicts John Nance Garner. Chin has flat .25" spot on right side, tiny touch-up on nose tip and some tiny paint specks off back side. Hitler has 1/8" flake off underside of base and only stub of cork in the base. Stalin is Exc. but with replaced cork. In the middle row at left is 5" tall wood-carved man with cork base. He has fabric collar, wire pince nez glasses and his head can be swiveled. Very likely German-made and 1930s. VF. In bottom row right to left is De Gaulle who has lt. wear. VF. Next is MacArthur, who has minor paint off his collar. VF. Next is Churchill with internal plastic tube that extends at mouth like a cigar to serve as pouring spout. Paint wear on one eye and much off lower cheeks plus a split in the cork at neck but still attached. Good overall. Another Churchill with cigar has trivial wear. Exc. FDR is Exc. Both FDR and MacArthur have text on corks "Chatit - Made In Germany." We are not sure if they are pre-war or post-war. Great caricatures.
