Issued from 1978 to 1982 by The Franklin Mint. 11.75x23.5x2-7/8” deep wood display case with glass top has felt lined interior holding highly polished 1-1/8x1.75” ingots with applied hand-enameled car emblems. Set is complete with 4-1/8x8.25 seven ringer binder with full set of matching printed papers for each car as issued. Includes: Lamborghini, Duesenberg, Pierce-Arrow, MG, Cadillac, Stutz, Panhard-Levassor, Holden, Toyota, Packard, Napier, Austro-Daimler, Benz, Buick, Spyker, Alfa Romeo, Lincoln, Renault, Mercedes, Aston Martin, Citroën, Rolss-Royce, Volkswagen, Chevrolet, Rover, Volga, Datsun, Chrysler, BMW, Maserati, Delage, Cord, Jaguar, Willys, Volvo, Mercer, Austin, Ford, Bugatti, Hudson, Lancia, Stanley Steamer, Fiat, Oldsmobile, Bentley, Ferrari and Simca. Display case glass has a few minor scratches, binder pages have trace of lt. aging. Ingots are bright and NM. Superb high quality with total weight of 37.19 Troy ounces of sterling silver.
