Carolina dealer. Pad has dust soil and faint moisture marks, bit of oxidation on both staples. Die-cut top hole has split, right side has a few bits of missing surface paper. Unused and Fine. “Howdy Doody’s Poll-Parrot Swing-A-Ring Toy” is 4.25x9.50” punch-out cardboard. 1950s. Has parrot on perch w/Howdy just beneath and ring at lower left for use with string. Trace of lt. aging. Blank reverse has a few pieces of cellophane tape to hold punch-outs in place. Fine.
