Copyright 1948 The Kellogg Company. Initial idea came from RKO movie "Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House" starring Cary Grant and was carried on with six additional houses. We have two from first series: “Cape Cod Modern” #56 & “Suburban Modern #95, and two from second series: 5 Star Home” #810 & 1510. Each comes in 9.75x15.75" illustrated manila envelope. All envelopes include floor plan sheet with landscaping, 4-page folder with interior views shown plus punch-out sheets of house parts. Envelopes all have paper address label of recipient in Ohio. Envelopes have a bit of lt. creasing and “Suburban Modern” has 2” diagonal tear at lower right.. Fine/VF. All contents are complete, unused, and NM. Nicely designed group. Additional photos online.
