Item Description
1930s. 2x5x23" long box. Has top and bottom panels showing two boys playing with guns while side panels have assembly instructions and flint replacement directions. Scarce box has creasing, one side has verticals strips of missing surface paper, rt.side flaps missing, inner left side flaps missing. VG. Contains 23" long tin litho gun w/wood stock. Body of gun has nice simulated detail including adjustments and bullet chamber w/bullets. Left side has illustration of two G-Men holding machine guns. Front grip has "G-Man" name on each side. Toy works, but does not spark due to missing flint, can easily be replaced. Produces a loud firing sound. Tin litho body has scattered lt. wear. Overall VF. A difficult gun to find in this complete condition and with the box. From the Carl Lobel Collection.
