Both are c. 1930s, marked “Foreign.” 6” tall jointed two sided flat wood Popeye figure has attached string w/metal ring at bottom. When pulled, Popeye moves up and down. String would need adjustment to work. Lt. wear. Fine. 2.75x4.75x5x7/8” box w/glass top holds stationary cardboard figure of Popeye w/ floating cello head. Lt. edge wear. VF.
