5.25x12" card holds 1" wide size 28 "Genuine Top Grain Leather Boys Belt" with illustrations of Popeye, Olive and Wimpy. ©1929 but c. 1930s. Card has lt. dust soil and coner tip bumps. VF. Belt is unused and NM. From the Carl Lobel collection.
