Both are 1930s Spanish. 4.25x6.5” die-cut card has Popeye on front holding “Kool” dental creme. When his head is pulled up, metal back piece clicks. Scarce. 1x1-7/8” thin cardboard box has Popeye art. Holds full complement of ten paper sleeves w/Popeye on front, each w/razor blade inside. Box top flap has pulled loose, back has revenue stamp.
