Front has wonderful art images including Tom, movie camera, bucking broncho w/rider and circus themes surrounding center “Proclamation” text extending greetings w/facsimile “Tom Mix” signature at bottom. Insides and back are blank. Margins have lt. tanning, otherwise VF/ Exc. Extremely limited distribution. Rare and first we’ve seen of this year.
