A most impressive huge display celluloid with name of maker on bottom curl Phila. Badge Co. Truman is enclosed by intensely colored crossed American flags plus brilliant gold wreath. On rim at 4 and 10 o'clock are two shallow dents showing a little in reflected light but cello surface has very little marking and much less than on most examples. Cardboard back has .5 and 1" areas with thin layer of surface paper loss. Exc. and about as nice as they come, displaying Mint.
