c. WWII. 20x26-3/8" vintage wood frame has mat w/ 12.5x19.25" opening. 8x16.5" image area has nice watercolor and tempera painting of plane number "I-J-I" landing on water. Art is signed in pencil at lower right "Jaffee Sikorsky S-43." Glass in frame has attached "Consolidated B-24 Liberator" sticker at lower right. Frame has lt. aging, as does mat. Painting is Exc. Well done art of plane made by the famous helicopter maker.
