Stiff cardboard folder is 3x4.5". Lightly browned but otherwise totally clean. Front shows Hoover, Curtis, and "For Governor Of Illinois/Louis L. Emmerson." Interior lists the state ticket on the left while on the right is mounted a packet of needles with beautiful color label surrounded by text "Stick To The Republican Party For Sane Government For Both State And Nation." First we've seen.
