Item Description
2.75" tall nickel plated and with enamel accents on the Great Seal of the United States at the center. The organization's name is designated by initials at the top of the piece while below on a ribbon design are the additional initials "P.S.S." whose meaning is unknown to us. The piece has high luster and is extremely well made. We think it dates to around the 1940s, but cannot be certain. NM displaying Mint.
