Unlisted in Hake. 2.25". Metal back has trivial oxidation but there is also a circle of light gray tone surrounding the front outer edge of the button. It is not very dark nor distracting. Text in full reads "Colorado Volunteer For Stevenson And Kefauver." Rare.
