Item Description
1.25" with backpaper which has union bug and letters "OMC." Front in nice patriotic design shows Uncle Sam dancing with a similarly attired female holding a cotton ball over her head. Item is dated for "May 13-17" and probably dates from the 1940s. Tiny speck of blue on extreme left edge as printed. Essentially Mint. Morry Greener Collection.
