13.25x16.25" vintage wood frame has 11.75x14.75" opening. Certificate appoints "Lester D. Gardner Member Of The Advisory Committee On Aviation." Lower right has bold "Grover Whalen" ink signature. Left has nice image of Trylon and Perisphere. Frame backing paper is heavily worn, certificate is Exc.
