Has horizontal fold at center as mailed, otherwise Exc. 2.5x4" unused membership card has individual registration number "2856."Exc. Comes w/1" metal ink stamp top piece w/anchor design which fit into round container that held ink, no longer present. c. 1940. Fine. Rare.
