Comes w/all five Flight Lessons, Pilot's Creed certificate w/same recipient's name as envelope address and rare Examination Questionnaire which was supposed to be returned. Envelope has lt. creasing and edge wear. VG/Fine. Folded as issued flight chart has vertical hairline color rub along fold line, contents otherwise Exc.
