8.5x11" typed document w/two holes punched at top center is dated Aug. 29, 1967, right in the heyday of The Monkees' popularity. The Monkees released music under its original incarnation between 1966 and 1971, w/subsequent reunion albums and tours in the decades that followed. The group was assembled in Los Angeles in 1965 by Robert Rafelson and Bert Schneider for the American TV series "The Monkees," which lasted two seasons from 1966-1968, the musical acting quartet was composed of Americans Micky Dolenz, Michael Nesmith, and Peter Tork, and Englishman Davy Jones. Most Monkees merchandise was produced in 1967, the year of this document. Document grants either of Jones' attorneys access to safe deposit box in Hollywood Bank of America Main Office. Signed "David Jones" in blue ink. Staple hole at top center, but o/w Exc. Great signed piece from "The Year of The Monkees." From the Phil Delaney Collection. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
