Item Description
Six page 8.5x11" contract dated Feb. 4, 1960. Contract was between MCA Artists, Ltd. and Academy Award-winning actor James Stewart. Terms of the contract are stated as being a period of three years and agent payment equal to ten percent of Stewart's earnings. Contract covers radio, television, rebroadcasts and records. Signed on back in blue ink by Stewart and MCA Artists, Ltd. agent. Two pairs of punched holes at top as issued, contract has corner tip wear and lt. scattered aging. Fine. Signature area displays Exc. From the Phil Delaney Collection. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
