Item Description
4.5" tall with silvered brass hanger designed as steer horns above word "Indianapolis." Gold text on ribbon below as quoted in our title along with additional text "1877-1904 Opening/No Mean Market/November 3rd." Medallion below names stock exchange with ribbon at center reading "Cattle/Hogs/Sheep." Blank reverse except for name of maker H. E. Smith, Indianapolis. Front of ribbon shows just light wear but reverse has complete hairline split near the top which has been closed by a piece of magic tape which serves its purpose to secure it. Rare.
