Item Description
In Auction #205 we sold one of these Daily Programs plus one for the next day when McKinley was shot. This is our one duplicate of the "President's Day" program issued for Sept. 5, 1901. The booklet is 6x9" with sixteen pages (including covers). It is filled with lists of exposition events and descriptive text on the attractions and shows. The "President's Day" program shows him on the front cover and the next three pages detail events and "Full Program Of President McKinley's Movements Today." Program has light vertical and horizontal crease. Edges are a bit misaligned as stapled and with a few tiny edge tears. Program remains extremely clean and Fine. See previous McKinley stickpin issued for this day as well as following pocket mirror issued after his assassination.
