15-page 8.5x11" notarized "Marital Settlement Agreement" documents finalizing the divorce between comic actor Peter Sellers and his fourth and final wife, English actress Lynn Frederick. The pair were married from Feb. 18, 1977 and separated on or around May 1, 1979. Documents are dated June 15, 1979. Documents deal w/dissolution of marriage, spousal support (Sellers was to pay his ex-wife $12,000 per month), Sellers paying off $150,000 owed on a house (to which said house would go to Frederick), $30,000 for a new car for Frederick, Sellers paying off debts incurred w/his wife while married, attorney's fees, etc. Sadly Sellers died less than a year after the divorce on July 24, 1980, at age 54. Both have signed on page 13, Frederick in black ink, Sellers in blue. Attorney signatures are on this page as well and following two pages bear signatures of two Vice Consul members, page 14 has notary seal and last page has red foil notary seal which has bled slightly onto preceding pages, though not affecting signatures.
