8.5x13" typed document giving power of attorney to one Ned W. Miller, in that he be granted power to act as Rock Hudson and Tom H. Clark's attorney concerning the purchase of a house on Mullholland Drive in Los Angeles, CA. Hudson signed using his birth name of Roy H. Fitzgerald (see yearbook #1598) and he signed in black ink, as has Clark. Hollywood publicist Tom Clark who was widely purported to be Hudson's lover, later published a memoir about Hudson, "Rock Hudson: Friend of Mine." Document is dated Nov. 2, 1977 and has been notarized. Moderate handling wear w/staple holes at top left and crease along bottom. Fine w/signature area remaining Exc.
