1.75" w/full color portrait, likely issued for a toy industry convention as text reads "New! Beany & Cecil In '62!" Lower edge has company name "Mattel Inc." as well as character copyrights by Bob Clampett. Made by Western Badge of Los Angeles. One of five we've seen. Has single hairline lamination mark on lower half but shows only in reflected light. Displays glossy and Mint.
