Item Description
Lot of 3 magazines measuring 10.75x13.75" with 40-58 pages. Lot includes Vol. 50,No. 26 Mar. 15th, 1913; Vol. 80,No. 19 Nov. 5th, 1927; and Nov. 19th, 1932 issue. 1913 issue features stories by Sax Rohmer, the creator of Fu-Manchu entitled "Redmoat." This issue has some moderate handling wear as well as dust soiling and has a Fine appearance. 1927 issue has another story by Sax Rohmer entitled "The Emperor of America." This issue has some minor handling wear and a .25" pull on cover resulting in a hole. Bottom right hand corner has remnants of a mailing address label. Fine. The 1932 issue has story by Dashiell, Hammet, Creator of "The Thin Man" stories and "The Maltese Falcon." Story is entitled "They Can Only Hang Me Once." Magazine has some moderate handling wear with a .5x2" chip to upper left hand corner and a 1.5x4.25" chip to back cover along bottom. Back issue also features ad for Lucky Strike cigarettes featuring a painting of Custer's Last Stand. Issue has some dust soiling and is VG.
