Item Description
Lot of three 3 3/8x5 5/8" booklets obtained through premium offers. All were published by Whitman Publishing Co. Lot includes: "Terry and The Pirates," copyright 1935 Milton Caniff; "Men of the Mounted" copyright 1934 Whitman Publishing Co; "Ella Cinders and the Mysterious House," copyright 1934 Steven Slesinger Inc. "Terry and The Pirates" has some handling wear including creases at corners and a vertical crease at center of back cover. The back cover also has a 1x1 1/8" chip to back cover upper right hand corner and two pages have a .5"x.75" chip. VG. "Men of The Mounted" has some spotting and handling wear but is Fine. This book was obtained with the combined purchase of Lemix and Korlix dessert. This is one of eight in this series. "Ella Cinders" was obtained at a Sears, Roebuck and Co. store in Long Beach. Some handling wear with a .25" tear at bottom staple on the front cover and a .25" chip to top left and bottom right corners of front cover. VG.
