Both of these items are the photo examples used for the Hake Pop Culture guide. The envelope is 2.75x4-5/8" and includes a Canadian postage stamp along with typed address for a man in Toronto and printed text showing the Shadow with "From The Shadow/217 Bay Street/Toronto/'b coal' The Coal You Can Depend On!" Envelope has light creases from usage and pair of original tiny staple holes. It remains extremely clean. This Canadian version features a dark blue on light blue instruction sheet which differs in color from the USA version. This sheet is 2.75x4.25" and was folded once for envelope insertion. Text and image on the front is closely identical to the USA version although in a different typeface. The reverse is totally different than the USA version in that this has text promoting "'blue coal' Heat Regulator Now!" There is no offer of additional rings on this piece.
