Two 11.25x15-7/8" thin artboards featuring original pen and ink art w/ink wash by comic book artist Sonny Trinidad for "Dracula Lives!" comic magazine issue #12 published by Marvel Comics in May, 1975. Issue was written by Doug Moench w/gorgeous Gothic interior art by Trinidad. Art is for pages 8 and 9 (see following item #1869). Art shows Dracula at his desk, writing in his journal, transforming into a bat and heading to village to hunt as terrified villagers watch from within tavern. Dracula is shown in 10 of the 11 panels, including three panels in bat form, one close-up w/fangs bared and an amazing transformation scene. A few penciled notations at margins. Reverse of each page has Marvel Comics Group copyright stamp. Pages have lt. aging at margins but are o/w Exc. Wonderfully illustrated.
