Extensive set of 36 © 1948. Each is 3-7/8x7-3/8” issued in boxes of Shredded Wheat cereal. 12 are individually numbered “Aviation Notebook” index/preparation cards w/ detailed instructions for cutting out, trimming, and launching individual models. 24 are model cards of “Famous Jet Planes, Rockets, Air-Liners, Flying-Boats” etc. Planes include: TWA Constellation, Grumman Panther, Air Force Shooting Star jet fighter, Flying Wing, British Gloster Meteor, Bell X-1 jet plane, etc. A few have lt. aging and faint stains. Set is VF overall. Nicely designed w/great detail.
