c. 1912. Thin art board has 6.5x7.25” image area in pencil and watercolor w/well dressed pretty woman standing in front of “Chicago” pennant. Art is signed “Marion Reed” at lower right w/“Copyright 1912 The Drysdale Co. Chicago” at lower left. Sheet has lt. aging, choice art is Exc. Reminiscent of popular illustrators of the day Christy and Gibson. Drysdale published several postcards w/Reed art.
