Letter is addressed to Harry LcLaughlin and expresses Humphrey's sadness at hearing about the passing of one James F. Lind.Signed in black felt tip pen. Folded as mailed, staple hole at upper left corner from attached copy of letter to the deceased's wife that comes along. VF. Glossy 8x10" photo of Joan Mondale, wife of 1984 Presidential Candidate Walter Mondale has been signed by Mrs. Mondale in blue felt tip pen. Exc. Harry McLaughlin Collection.
