Item Description
The tin bucket is 1.25” in dia. and it stands 1.5” tall plus there is a hinged wire handle and to this is fastened a thin tin hanger so the piece could be worn. Text appears on the front panel and reads in full “McKinley Bucket Campaign 1896/Pat. Appld for.” Traces of original silver luster remain although mostly overall a gray tin color. Unlisted and only example known to us. Sen. Charles Dick Collection. Extremely Fine and Rare.
