Blue ribbon below reads “McKinley and Roosevelt Washington March 4th, 1900.” The date “1900” is rather faint but the vast majority of the additional gold lettering is easily readable. A large loop suspends an extremely heavy ornate and slightly convex star burst piece of brass centered by 1.25” jugate celluloid portrait of them. Reverse is stamped by name of maker Shaw, Phila.
